About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is designed to provide immersive learning experiences across various departments within the company.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insights into the business operations and opportunities to work alongside industry leaders.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management that enable collaboration with high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program tailored for transitioning service members to become skilled installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and benefits
We partner with the Department of Workforce Services to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time roles post-program completion. Participants receive a sign-on bonus as appreciation for their contributions during the program.
Benefits: Includes a 401(k) retirement plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, health savings account, paid time off, additional PTO for VA appointments, a re-acclimation day for active Guard/Reservists, differential pay for those involuntarily activated, flexible parental leave, and subsidized child care assistance.
