DoW SkillBridge Program
Power Home Remodeling is dedicated to supporting active and transitioning service members. We recognize the impact military service has on those who serve and their families. About the Role
We are currently seeking individuals to participate in our DoW SkillBridge program. This 2-4 month program is designed to expose participants to various departments within the business, including Revenue, Operations, and the Craftsman Academy. Participants will be supported by a dedicated Pathways team and experienced leaders throughout their program.
Departments to Explore
Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer insight into the 'business of the business' and provide exposure to top leadership.
Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that allow for teamwork and ensuring high-quality experiences for homeowners.
Craftsman Academy: A customized training program to prepare transitioning service members for installing and managing installation crews.
Compensation and Benefits
In partnership with the DoW, we aim to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. Participants receive a sign-on bonus as a token of appreciation for their commitment and contributions during the program. Additional benefits include:
