About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is tailored to each participant, offering exposure to various departments within the company. Participants are supported by a dedicated Pathways team and experienced leaders throughout their tenure.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that provide insight into the 'business of the business' and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management that enable collaboration in high-performing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program designed to prepare transitioning service members for roles as installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and benefits
Full-time employment: Participants are offered full-time positions upon completion of the program.
Sign-on bonus: A reward for your commitment and contributions during the SkillBridge program.
