DoW SkillBridge Program
Power Home Remodeling is dedicated to supporting active and transitioning service members. We recognize the impact military service has on both veterans and their families and strive to provide a supportive environment for career growth.
About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key initiative for our growth. This 2-4 month program offers immersive experiences across various departments within the business, including:
- Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales, providing insight into the 'business of the business' and working alongside top leadership.
- Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and installation management, allowing you to work in high-performing teams ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program designed to equip transitioning service members with the skills needed to install and manage installation crews.
Compensation and benefits
We aim to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus as a token of appreciation for their dedication and contributions during the program. Additional benefits include:
