About the role
We are currently seeking individuals to join our SkillBridge program, which is designed to help participants transition into full-time roles within our organization. This program offers a unique blend of learning and professional development, providing exposure to various departments including Revenue, Operations, and the Craftsman Academy.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer insights into the 'business of the business' and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that enable collaboration with high-performing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program tailored to transitioning service members, focusing on installing and managing installation crews.
Compensation and benefits
