Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer the chance to learn the 'business of the business' while being surrounded by some of the best leadership in the country.
Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that allow you to work in high-performing teams to ensure every project is a 5-star experience for our homeowners.
Craftsman Academy: A customized schoolhouse to train transitioning service members to install and run installation crews for us.
Compensation And Benefits
In partnership with the DoW, our goal at Power is to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. We also provide a sign-on bonus as a thank you for your commitment and contributions during the 2-4 month program.

About the Role
We have been in business for over three decades and surpassed $1.7B in revenue in 2025. We are now positioned to double in size over the next five years, which will require a significant amount of new talent. The DoW SkillBridge program plays a key role in helping us achieve this growth. Our 2-4 month program is custom-designed for each individual and provides exposure to multiple departments across the business. You will be supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders throughout the business. We invest time, energy, and resources to ensure this is one of the premier SkillBridge programs in the country.
