Power Home Remodeling is dedicated to supporting active and transitioning service members. We recognize the impact military service has on both service members and their families and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding career path.
About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is designed to provide transitioning service members with hands-on experience across various departments within the company, including Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insights into the 'business of the business' and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and installation management that enable you to work in high-performing teams ensuring exceptional experiences for our homeowners.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to prepare transitioning service members for installing and managing installation crews.
Compensation and benefits
We partner with the DoW to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. Participants receive a sign-on bonus as a token of appreciation for their commitment and contributions during the program.
