About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to expand and grow our business. This 2-4 month program is designed to provide immersive learning experiences across various departments within the company, including Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insights into the business operations and opportunities to work alongside industry leaders.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management that enable collaboration with high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program tailored to help transitioning service members become skilled installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and benefits
We partner with the Department of Workforce Services to ensure participants are offered full-time employment upon completion of the program. Additionally, we provide:
