About the role

The Enterprise Truck Division is seeking a Full Time DOT Driver to deliver box trucks safely and on time while providing courteous customer service. This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions to distribute vehicles on and off the lot. Candidates must be certified to drive vehicles requiring DOT certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Transport medium-duty trucks, cargo, and heavy-duty pickup trucks to and from rental locations, dealerships, and vendors.
  • Navigate written directions and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all road rules.
  • Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destinations safely and courteously.
  • Ride with or follow another driver to drop off or pick up multiple vehicles.
  • Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
  • Clean vehicles when required.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be able to read and speak English.
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
  • No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (e.g., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must comply with DOT regulations, including submitting a medical examiner’s certificate or passing a DOT medical examination.
  • No moonlighting (no other paid employment allowed).

Pay

$15 per hour.

Schedule

  • Sunday: Off
  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: Off
