Dosimetrist - Junior

Role Overview Provides support in radiotherapy treatment planning by following physician directives to generate radiation dose distributions and calculations. Key Responsibilities Collaborates with physicians and medical physicists to localize tumors and critical structures using radiotherapy procedures and equipment.Performs procedures and treatments utilizing ionizing radiation, imaging modalities, and other equipment to assist in disease localization and treatment.Ensures accurate dose calculations and treatment plans in accordance with medical directives.Performs additional duties as assigned to support the clinical team. Qualifications & Skills Enrolled in a board-eligible Medical Dosimetry Program by the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists (AAMD).Possesses BLS certification.Strong understanding of radiotherapy procedures, treatment planning, and medical imaging.Effective collaboration and communication skills within a healthcare team.
