Responsibilities

• Use your knowledge of physics, anatomy and radiobiology to develop an optimal arrangement of radiation portals and exposures to spare normal and radiosensitive tissues while applying a prescribed dose by the Radiation Oncologist to the targeted disease volume.

General Requirements

• Certified by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB) as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist CMD, or eligible to sit for the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board - if eligible, you must pass within one year from the date of hire
• Must have ability to identify anatomical structures from different imaging modalities
• Proof of completion of Adult and Child Mandatory Reporter within three (3) months of hire
