Doorman

Customer-service driven role for an outgoing, friendly individual who enjoys assisting residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests with baggage, packages, groceries, parking, and information.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, guest registration, and local shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Maintain equipment in working condition and report maintenance issues.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints and issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (baggage handling).
• Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods.
• Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information verbally and in writing.
• Navigate the property/building quickly and easily.
• Complete required forms.
• Work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Schedule

• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Sunday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 PM
• Monday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay

$15.00 per hour
