You will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape, providing tailored telecom packages and services to customers, and closing deals while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Customized Solutions: Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them satisfied.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
  • Sales Pitch: Master the art of persuasion selling, showcasing the unparalleled advantages of our products and services.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and committed to our services.
  • Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.
  • Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow sales team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating your commitment to success.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a knack for independent work.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical abilities: Sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to work full time.

Pay Range

$85,000.00 - $115,000.00/year (which includes base plus estimated average annual commissions).
