Responsibilities

  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and committed.
  • Documentation: Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports are completed with precision.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow sales team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating your commitment to success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a knack for independent work.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical abilities: Sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to work full time.

Pay

The pay range is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00/year (which includes base plus estimated average annual commissions).
