Responsibilities
- Customized Solutions: Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them satisfied.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements to provide informed advice.
- Sales Pitch: Master the art of persuasion, effectively addressing customer concerns and objections to close deals.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and secure sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and committed to our services.
- Documentation: Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and reports are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your team to achieve collective goals and support each other's success.
- Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's success.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices to ensure ethical conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and POS systems.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Physical abilities to sit, stand, and walk.
- Ability to work full-time.

Pay Range
The pay range is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00/year (which includes base plus estimated average annual commissions). Base salary at time of hire: $40,000, plus commissions. Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed. Earning potential varies based on individual sales performance and is subject to the terms of applicable commission plan(s).
