Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve by staying up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
  • Sales Pitch: Become a master of persuasion selling in the field. Showcase the unparalleled advantages of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections.
  • Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life.
  • Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision, ensuring we have everything we need for smooth sailing.
  • Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate, share insights, and create strategies with your fellow sales dynamos to conquer collective goals.
  • Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas, showing your unwavering commitment to personal and team triumph.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to work full time.

Pay

The pay range is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00/year (which includes base plus estimated average annual commissions).
