About the Role

The full-time Warehouse Associate will act as a material handler and forklift operator to build loads for deliveries while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Build loads for delivery and unload freight, including lumber and building supplies
• Complete forklift training, certification, and operation
• Communicate delays or discrepancies with management
• Maintain the store’s special order program and other sales programs as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information one-on-one
• Periodically lift up to 80 pounds

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
