About the Role

This full-time position as a Door Shop Manufacturer involves production, warehouse, and assembly work on a pre-hanging door assembly line. The role includes equipment maintenance, machine operation, material handling, and quality assurance.

Pay: $17/hour, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, including power saws, air nail guns, staplers, and other tools to prep wood material for door assembly.
• Complete forklift training, certification, and operation.
• Load, unload, store, and package production materials from the warehouse as needed.
• Monitor quality assurance throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all posted safety rules.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos; write basic correspondence; and present information one-on-one.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow simple one- or two-step instructions in standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds periodically.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
