About the role

The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is seeking a Door Greeter who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm. This position plays a crucial role in shaping guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality, and professionalism.
• Accurately and promptly handle all resident requests, offering recommendations based on local knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service requests.
• Greet owners and guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo, opening doors and welcoming them.
• Aid in unloading items from cars, tagging them, and issuing claim tickets when necessary.
• Assist in delivering items to units.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow on the drive by directing cars and guiding valet parkers.
• Direct unauthorized vehicles away from the entrance driveway.
• Provide directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
• Hail taxis as needed.
• Resolve owner complaints and assist with inquiries related to services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, etc.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the Beverly Hills area and local businesses.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer skills.

Pay

$26.00 per hour
