About the role
At RealCraft, we build solid wood doors by hand, the kind of work that takes real skill and leaves you with something worth being proud of. Our woodworkers machine, assemble, and finish custom door components from start to crate, using quality joinery, careful material selection, and an eye for detail that shows in the final product. If you know your way around a woodshop and take satisfaction in doing things right, this is the kind of place you'll fit in.
Responsibilities
- Cut, machine, and assemble solid wood door components with care and precision.
- Apply joinery techniques that make for strong, durable construction.
- Select materials thoughtfully and apply finishing touches so every door leaves the shop right.
- Inspect your own work, spot ways to improve the process, and speak up when you do.
- Follow shop safety practices and keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Help maintain equipment so it stays in good working order.
Requirements
- 2+ years of woodworking experience in a production, carpentry, or manufacturing setting.
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and standard woodshop equipment.
- Detail-oriented and consistent, reliable, on time, and easy to work with.
- High school diploma or GED.

The work is physical: you'll be on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and doing the kinds of things woodworkers do.
