Door Builder/Clamp Operator - 1st Shift

About the role

The Door Builder/Clamp Operator performs a variety of processes in the fabrication of panel doors.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and prioritizes work according to the daily/weekly production schedule.
• Operates door clamps for standard product, miter doors, framed doors, etc.
• Builds panel doors while ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards regarding door style and finish.
• Operates a variety of machines in the fabrication of doors, such as orbital sanders, hand sanders, and door press.
• Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion.
• Performs daily maintenance to keep machines in safe, operable condition.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM or 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM
• Friday overtime as required

Pay

Salary Grade B: $19.40 – $21.55 per hour
