Responsibilities

- Excellent verbal and written skills (ability to write in our brand voice)
- Experience with MS Office Products and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in processing information, managing records, and completing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment in handling confidential information and discerning sensitive donor matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships
- Demonstrated ability to represent Ministry professionally and maintain listener confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative support, or donor-facing experience preferred
- Experience with CRM or database systems highly desirable
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships
- Demonstrated ability to represent Ministry professionally and maintain listener confidentiality

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
