Responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal and written skills (ability to write in our brand voice)
  • Experience with MS Office Products and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in processing information, managing records, and completing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment in handling confidential information and discerning sensitive donor matters
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to represent Ministry professionally and maintain listener confidentiality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative support, or donor-facing experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM or database systems highly desirable
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to represent Ministry professionally and maintain listener confidentiality

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Founded in 1982 in Santa Rosa, CA, with a singular radio station, K-LOVE today owns and operates the nation's two largest Christian music radio networks (K-LOVE and Air1) with over 1,000 broadcast signals across all 50 states, streaming audio reaching around the world, and a growing family of media ministries including podcasts, books, films, concerts, and events.
