Donor Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at local donation centers
• Provide education on various blood and blood product donation procedures
• Ensure donor comfort
• Address pre-donation questions
• Schedule donors' next blood donations
• Assist donor services staff by addressing donor questions and monitoring donor wait times
• Educate donors on additional collection techniques to optimize donation opportunities
• Administer customer service and marketing surveys to donors
• Review and enhance frequent donor programs and collection technologies (e.g., automated) to optimize donation opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience required

Pay

$18.37–$19.88 hourly

Schedule

• Sunday: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm
• Monday: 11:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Tuesday: 11:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 6:30 am – 2:00 pm
• Saturday: 6:30 am – 2:00 pm
