At VPMMA, we are dedicated to fostering the professional development of U.S. military service members, veterans, and their spouses. We accomplish this by offering various membership options, including General Membership for service members, veterans, and their spouses, along with Professional, Corporate, and Nonprofit Partner Memberships for individuals and organizations that wish to engage more deeply with our mission.

Our Programs and Services

A Holistic Approach
VPMMA offers a wide range of mentorship and development programs, specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of our members. These include Mentorship Programs, Professional Development, Career Transition Support, Community Building, and Financial Support.

What You'll Do (Impact 3–5 Hours/Week)

• You will work within the Growth & Development Committee to cultivate a healthy pipeline of foundational supporters.
• You will lead generation and prospect research, proactively identifying potential donor leads, focusing on community-minded individuals and small businesses with a history of supporting veterans.
• You will conduct personalized outreach to introduce VPMMA's mission and impact to "Alliance Heroes."
• You will ensure donors receive timely, personalized "Thank You" messages and impact updates to foster long-term loyalty and transparency.
• You will log all prospect research and outreach efforts in our CRM (Flowlu) to maintain a clear record of the development pipeline.

• You are a passionate storyteller, capable of communicating the profound life shifts veterans face and how project management skills provide resilience.
• You are organized and diligent, comfortable using digital tools to track relationships and ensure no donor is overlooked.
• You uphold our values of integrity and ethics in all fundraising activities.
• You maintain high standards of conduct and respect the privacy of our supporters.
