Responsibilities
As a Donor Center Technician, you will be responsible for conducting pre-donation medical screening, interacting and responding to customer needs, assessing donor suitability, and ensuring all donor screening information is complete and confidential.

Requirements
To be a fit for this role, you should have superior customer service standards, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. You should also have an interest in making a difference in the world and be able to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
