Responsibilities

  • Conducts pre-donation medical screening.
  • Interacts and responds to customer needs.
  • Affirms donor suitability and sets up donors.
  • Provides feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
  • Ensures all donor screening information is complete.
  • Ensures donor confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Superior customer service standards.
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • An interest in making a difference in the world.
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Passes background checks and drug screenings.
  • Meets physical requirements including hearing acuity, color perception, near and far vision, and manual dexterity.
  • Complies with personal protective equipment guidelines.
