Responsibilities
- Conducts pre-donation medical screening.
- Interacts and responds to customer needs.
- Affirms donor suitability and sets up donors.
- Provides feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
- Ensures all donor screening information is complete.
- Maintains donor confidentiality.

Pay
The estimated pay scale for the Donor Center Technician role based in Pueblo, CO, is $17.00 per hour. Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 4% of the company bonus pool.
Schedule
Work is performed in a plasma center, involving exposure to biological fluids, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and extreme cold temperatures. Personal protective equipment is required, including protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear. The position requires frequent hand movement, precise finger coordination, and occasional light lifting.
