About the role

We are looking for talented individuals with outstanding customer service experience to join our Donor Care Specialist team. As a Donor Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in all aspects of blood collections and donor screenings, while providing a safe and pleasant experience for our volunteer donors at our Perryville location. This position may involve working at other fixed sites or mobile locations, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.

No previous phlebotomy experience is needed. We provide on-the-job training to motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of blood collections and donor screenings
• Ensure a safe and pleasant experience for volunteer donors

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED required
• CNA and clinical and/or blood collection experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Enjoy working with the public

Skills

• Outstanding customer service experience
• Bilingual is a plus (offers a pay increase after completion of training)

Schedule

Full-time (30+ hours per week). Hours are Monday–Thursday 11:30am–7:30pm with a Friday/Saturday rotation working 6:30am–1:30pm.

Pay

Hourly wage for this position begins at $16.50/hr.
