Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and gather patient/resident information professionally
• Ensure safety during sample collection and follow asepsis techniques

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified phlebotomist credential mandatory
• Formal phlebotomy training, laboratory experience, and BLS certification preferred
