About the role
We're looking for team members who:
- Love working outdoors year-round
- Have strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Enjoy setting goals and take pride in their work
- Can work with basic hand tools, gas-powered augers, and lift up to 60 lbs
- Are willing to navigate and inspect crawlspaces
- Have a valid driver's license
- Want to learn valuable skills while helping others
- Care about doing the job safely and following proven safety practices—we train you, equip you, and support you every step of the way
- Have 5+ years of work experience or 3+ years in a service-based or safe driving role (a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and results in pest control and termite services

- Starting pay: $50,000 per year + opportunity to earn monthly production bonuses
- Paid Category 7 State Certification training, extensive onboarding training, and ongoing continuing education

Schedule
- Hours: 7 AM – 5 PM (no nights or weekends)
- Seasonal 4-day work week:
- August–February: True 4-day work week
- March–July: Alternating schedule (5-day week / 4-day week)
