Donations Attendant - FT

Position Summary

The Donation Attendant responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accepts donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
• Trains on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided
• Affords assistance in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
• Ensures customer service skills, including greeting donors, carrying donations from donor's vehicle to the center, and providing donor receipt if requested
• Determines acceptable donations with good judgment and communicates decisions effectively and politely
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled

Qualifications

Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
