About the Role

Become an essential part of our team, providing top-notch customer service and efficiently managing donations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, Accept, Track, and Sort Donations
• Greet donors and lend a hand when needed
• Operate power equipment to organize and store donated goods
• Categorize and Sort Merchandise
• Load and Unload Materials
• Efficiently Donation Processing

Minimum Qualifications

• Mental and Literacy Skills: Solid grasp of math and reading skills
• Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attitude: Positive and friendly
• Background Check: Completed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or Certification: Prior experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work
• Experience: Prior experience with thrift or used goods processing
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
