Deputy Manager – IR/ER

Responsibilities

• Manage employee and industrial relations matters to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Represent the company before all statutory authorities, coordinating with legal counsel where required.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory labor inspections, EOBI, ESSI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with government departments and external stakeholders on employment-related matters.
• Maintain statutory records, legal documentation, and compliance reports.
• Support HR Operations in employee lifecycle activities, documentation, and daily HR administration.
• Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on employee relations and compliance.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and recommend updates to HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR/IR, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling disciplinary matters, employee grievances, labor disputes, and regulatory inspections.

Senior Executive – Budgeting & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across departments.
• Monitor budget performance, conduct variance analysis, and assist with monthly financial closing.
• Prepare management reports and analyze business performance trends and KPIs.
• Evaluate operational costs, including food, labor, delivery channels, discounts, and POS fees, to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain cost allocation structures and generate department-wise and store-wise performance reports.
• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple business units for reporting and presentations.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other teams to provide insights that support business decisions and improve performance.

Requirements

• Education: BBA/MBA/CIMA/ACCA/ICMA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in budgeting, reporting, or financial analysis, preferably in the F&B, retail, or FMCG sector.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) will be an added advantage.
