About the role
The Bridge Program Manager is responsible for managing the Bridge Program and supervising Bridge Program staff in the provision of advocacy and crisis intervention services. In partnership with the Director of Community Programs, this role ensures services are consistent with Rose Brooks Center’s quality standards, principles of trauma-informed care, accessibility, and program outcomes. This position works collaboratively with Bridge Program staff, internal teams, and health systems and community partners.Qualifications
- Two years’ advocacy experience, preferably working with vulnerable populations in a domestic violence agency and/or hospital, or commensurate experience.
- One year supervisory/demonstrated leadership experience.
- Experience providing training and consultation related to domestic violence dynamics and policies.
- Program development and project management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of domestic violence dynamics and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, both internally and externally.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including training and facilitation skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office/Windows operating system and programs.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in social work/human services, or a related field or commensurate experience.
- Knowledgeable of hospital or health care operations.
- Experience providing domestic violence advocacy services.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
