Job Description

The Domestic Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating domestic freight shipments, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring timely, accurate transportation services. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cooking up and monitoring domestic air, ground, LTL, and FTL shipments.
• Manning shipment updates, routing, documentation, and transportation system records.
• Getting carrier rates, securing spot quotes, and verifying vendor charges.
• Identifying and resolving service issues while maintaining clear communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and supporting continuous improvements.
