Domestic Operations Clerk Needed

About the role

A Domestic Operations Clerk interacts with customers and employees to provide information in response to inquiries about accounts, deliveries, and services. You will work with drivers to ensure deliveries and complete envelopes and data entry as needed for each territory/driver you oversee.

Responsibilities

• Handle all processes related to inbound and outbound inventory and monthly storage to assist or back up the Inventory Lead.
• Provide information to customers and employees regarding accounts, deliveries, and services.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Complete data entry and prepare envelopes for each territory/driver under your supervision.
