About the role

Join TCS Capital Markets - Industry Advisory Group, offering consulting and business analysis services for BFSI customers in the asset management space. In this role, you will serve as an advisor to asset management firms at the portfolio, business function, and system levels. You will develop offerings, build frameworks, and create solution accelerators, as well as lead end-to-end transformation programs using digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to asset management firms at portfolio, business function, and system levels.
• Develop offerings, frameworks, and solution accelerators for the asset management industry.
• Lead and implement end-to-end transformation programs using digital technologies.
• Collaborate with multiple lines of business, leveraging strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the asset management industry.
• Strong domain consulting experience, including understanding of end-to-end flows, portfolio management, and portfolio accounting.
• Knowledge of various asset management firms such as hedge funds, pension funds, retirement firms, and insurance firms.
• Experience in digital and transformation engagements from a business perspective.
• Product knowledge (e.g., Charles River, Simcorp, Aladdin) is an added advantage.
• Strong industry knowledge and a well-formed point of view on the evolution of the asset management industry.

Pay

$113,800–$200,000 a year.
