Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the field to understand their technology needs and challenges, and develop solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Analyze field technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that supports the organization's strategic objectives and drives operational efficiency.
- Lead the transformation of key field operation systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with the organization's strategic direction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on technology trends and best practices in the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's IT architecture, and ensure it is scalable and flexible enough to support future growth and change.
- Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Proven experience in partnering with the field and analyzing field technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build a digital strategy and vision, and drive the transformation of key field operation systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles and best practices.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges and develop effective strategies to address them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 per year
