State of Oregon · Salem, OR · 1 mo ago
Finance$8/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Initial Posting Date 09/17/2026, Application Deadline 10/08/2026 (metadata; we can fold into short p or drop). Probably include as a short p. - Agency Department of Justice - Salary Range $4,519 - $6,904 (monthly? Probably monthly). This is Pay info. - Position Type Employee - Position Title DOJ Claims Examiner - Crime Victim and Survivor Services Division (but we don't repeat as heading) - Job Description: description paragraph. - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in Part) with many bullet-like sentences. - Required Attributes And Special Requirements: includes encouragement note, then minimum qualifications: Two years of full-time experience determining eligibility for benefits and/or verifying, validating, analyzing, and/or evaluating information such as police reports, medical and psychological assessments, treatment plans, diagnosis and outcomes, income and tax records, and/or insurance plans. This experience could be gained in positions such as victim's advocate, case worker, mental health specialist, workers'-compensation claims examiner, risk management analyst, unemployment insurance adjudicator, paralegal, insurance claims adjuster, medical-treatment claims adjuster, or financial claims adjuster. AND Have and maintain an Oregon driver's license. - Desired Skills And Attributes: list of many items. - What’s In It For You: benefits: Work/life balance to include 11 paid holidays a year, vacation, sick leave, personal business leave, and a competitive benefits package. Permanent, full-time employment in Salem, Oregon. A workplace where individual contribution matters and is recognized; and where creativity and accomplishment are rewarded. Opportunity to expand your government auditing and data analysis skills. Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits. Pension and retirement programs. Endless peer and management support, and representation by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). For more information about our benefits, you can learn here. - APPLICATION PROCESS: we need to remove application instructions per rule: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should drop the APPLICATION PROCESS section entirely. - Also remove EEO boilerplate etc. - Also remove contact info? Probably not needed; but contact info may be considered boilerplate? It's not explicitly listed to remove, but it's like navigation/contact. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Contact info could be considered navigation? Not sure. Safer to keep maybe as a short p? But they said fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. Contact info maybe minor metadata. Could include as a p. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could be the Job Description paragraph. - Responsibilities: the DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES content. - Requirements: maybe the minimum qualifications (Two years experience, Oregon driver's license). Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the Desired Skills And Attributes? Or we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for those sections if they have real content. We can have both Requirements and Qualifications. - Skills: maybe the Desired Skills And Attributes could go under Skills. - Benefits: the What’s In It For You content. - Pay: Salary Range. - Schedule: Not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. No schedule info, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details from each section. We need to format as HTML: use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what is a list. The duties are many sentences; could be turned into

    • each duty. Similarly, desired skills could be list. Benefits could be list. Requirements could be list (two items). Qualifications maybe list? But we have only two items: experience and driver's license. Could be list. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

for title. We need to include minor metadata like posting date and deadline maybe as a

      at top. Let's structure:

Initial Posting Date: 09/17/2026. Application Deadline: 10/08/2026.

      Then

      About the role

      ... job description paragraph ...

      Then

      Responsibilities

      • ... each duty ...
      Then

      Requirements

      • Two years of full-time experience determining eligibility for benefits and/or verifying, validating, analyzing, and/or evaluating information such as police reports, medical and psychological assessments, treatment plans, diagnosis and outcomes, income and tax records, and/or insurance plans. This experience could be gained in positions such as victim's advocate, case worker, mental health specialist, workers'-compensation claims examiner, risk management analyst, unemployment insurance adjudicator, paralegal, insurance claims adjuster, medical-treatment claims adjuster, or financial claims adjuster.
      • Have and maintain an Oregon driver's license.
      Then

      Qualifications

maybe we could put Desired Skills And Attributes under Qualifications? But we also have Skills heading. Perhaps Qualifications could be the Desired Skills And Attributes? But the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So Qualifications and Skills are separate. We need to decide what goes where. Qualifications could be the minimum qualifications? But we already used Requirements for that. Could swap: Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = desired skills/attributes. Skills could be something else? But we don't have other skills besides desired skills. Could put desired skills under Skills, and leave Qualifications empty? But we must not create a heading with filler. So we should only include headings that have real content. So we need to decide which heading to use for desired skills. Could be Skills. Then Qualifications could be omitted. Or we could put desired skills under Qualifications and omit Skills. Which is more appropriate? The posting has "Desired Skills And Attributes". That aligns with Skills heading. So we use

      Skills

for that list. Thus Qualifications heading omitted. Now Benefits:

      Benefits

      • ... each benefit ...
      Pay:

      Pay

      Salary Range: $4,519 - $6,904 (presumably monthly).

Schedule: omitted. We also need to include maybe location? Not required but could be part of About the role or Benefits. The posting mentions "Permanent, full-time employment in Salem, Oregon." That's a benefit/condition. Could include in Benefits list. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we must include that location statement somewhere. Could be in Benefits list as an item. Also "Work/life balance to include 11 paid holidays a year, vacation, sick leave, personal business leave, and a competitive benefits package." That's benefits. Also "A workplace where individual contribution matters and is recognized; and where creativity and accomplishment are rewarded." Could be benefit. "Opportunity to expand your government auditing and data analysis skills." Benefit. "Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits." Benefit. "Pension and retirement programs." Benefit. "Endless peer and management support, and representation by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU)." Benefit. "For more information about our benefits, you can learn here." That's a link; we could keep as sentence but maybe it's boilerplate? It's a reference; could keep as prose. We should not include application instructions, but this sentence about benefits link is okay. Now we need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. The duties list includes many sentences; we need to extract each duty as separate
