Dog Wellness Advocate

About the Role

As a Dog Wellness Advocate, you are the first impression for every dog parent. You’ll deliver exceptional service, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and educate customers on the value of routine dog care. This is a sales-driven role built on building relationships, trust, and genuine enthusiasm for dogs.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through customer connection and education
• Recommend services, add-ons, and products to meet customer needs
• Manage appointments, customer profiles, and phone inquiries
• Provide a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house experience
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism

Requirements

• Outgoing, positive personality with strong people skills
• Genuine love for dogs and their wellbeing
• Confidence in sales (membership or retail experience preferred)
• Strong communication and basic tech/computer skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Pay

$16–$22/hour (base + incentives + tips)

Schedule

• 30–40 hours/week
• 3–4 days/week, typically 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
