About the role

We are looking for an individual to support our OEM manufacturing operations, focusing on high-quality pet and equestrian products such as dog beds, saddle pads, horse rugs, and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate OEM production processes for pet and equestrian products.
• Ensure product quality and consistency with brand specifications.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new product lines.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and clients, particularly European brands.
• Maintain production timelines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in OEM manufacturing, preferably in textiles, pet products, or equestrian goods.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Ability to work with international clients and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
