Dog Groomer

Bark & Mane franchisees are independently owned and operated; employment decisions are made solely by the local franchisee.

Pay

• Daily earnings range from $250 – $550, based on a target of six pets per day (includes commission plus tips)
• $200 bonus for client referrals
• $500 bonus for employee referrals
• Higher per-pet pricing and greater earning potential due to higher-end clientele in a premium service area

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to pets while working independently in grooming vans
• Focus on safety and quality with every appointment
• Enjoy manageable daily schedules with support from in-house concierge and fleet teams handling scheduling and van maintenance

Requirements

• No degree required; solid grooming experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Driving record subject to review
• Must complete a background check

Hiring Process

• Phone screen within 24 hours
• Ride-along with an experienced groomer within 5 days
• Offer letter and lunch with the owner within 7–10 days
