Dog Groomer

Location: 400 Warfield Blvd. Ste. B – Pet Palace

Responsibilities

• Bathe, dry, brush, prep, and groom assigned dogs.
• Complete grooms safely, professionally, and according to client requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming area.
• Clean and disinfect equipment and work areas throughout the day.
• Assist with checking in your own grooming customers when possible.
• Communicate professionally with pet parents regarding their dog's grooming needs.
• Help ensure dogs are handled safely and compassionately at all times.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team‑oriented environment.
• Assist the team during slower periods.
• Take responsibility for the overall experience of your grooming clients.

Requirements

• Prior dog‑grooming experience; master groomer preferred.
• Dependable, customer‑focused, and able to handle dogs safely and compassionately.
• Availability on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays (weekend availability is non‑negotiable).
• Additional weekday availability may be required based on scheduling and business needs.

Pay

50% commission on all spa services plus weekly tips. Paid weekly; direct deposit available.
