Dog Daycare Attendant → Professional Dog Trainer

About the Role

Unlike typical high-volume daycares, we operate a structured, low-volume daycare designed around dog behavior, safety, and learning—not overcrowding. Our goal is to help every dog have a safe, successful, and enriching day while teaching staff professional dog handling skills they’ll use throughout their careers.

• Smaller groups of dogs (12 per room, max)

Career Growth

Requirements

Previous professional dog experience is helpful but not required. We prioritize attitude, reliability, coachability, and professionalism over prior experience. We invest in developing our team and look for people who want to grow with us.
