DoD SkillBridge: Project Manager - Cyber

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to work with a technology company that works with the DoD and private industry. We’re specifically looking for a high-speed junior officer or NCO with cyber mission experience that wants to translate their skills to a customer-facing role in a growing tech company. You will be relentless at understanding the needs, pain points, and desired outcomes of our prospects and customers - while supporting our solution development to solve customer challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work with our Customer Experience team that interacts with and supports our community members daily with intelligence and malware analysis, threat research, and remote incident response.
• Coordinate engagements with stakeholders, manage customer deliverables and timelines, and demonstrate technology implementation plans for our expanding customer base.
• Build rapport over the phone and in-person with a range of technical-minded customers and senior decision-makers.

Minimum Requirements to Succeed

• Local to the DC/MD/VA area and willing to commute to our Columbia, MD office daily.
• Minimum 3 years of cyber mission or training environment experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership, project or program management experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience working with the military/DoD and the cyber security industry.
• Demonstrated ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Any experience with the federal government contracting process is a bonus!
• The ability to roll up your sleeves and work alongside our team!

About the Role

This position reports directly to TeamWorx Security senior leadership.

Qualifications

Have 180 days of military service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and at least 180 continuous days of active service. Obtain written approval from your unit commander. Agree that participation in SkillBridge can be terminated at any time by the service, if mission requirements dictate.
