About the role

- Own the Documentation Specialist workflow by helping the team check incoming requests for completeness.
- Coordinate the Documentation Specialist workflow by helping the team route work to the correct next step.
- Review the Documentation Specialist workflow by helping the team track unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Maintain the Documentation Specialist workflow by helping the team document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.

- Apply Workflow Analysis without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to documentation execution.
- Document Destination Celebration Planning decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Status Tracking, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Execution is measured through documentation-specialized workflow accuracy, security, traceability, and readiness for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
