Documentation Specialist
Essential Responsibilities
- Overtake and lead the documentation process to ensure approval processes are adhered to.
- Create and/or update process documents as necessary to maintain accuracy.
- Develop and maintain the documentation repository.
- Collaborate with other areas of the organization (GA, Sales, PR).
- Engage in and lead process improvement initiatives that support Operations policy and process documentation.
- Collaborate with the Operations Trainers on communication and documentation needs arising from projects.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain KMS/Lighthouse Licenses.
- Update user permissions in KMS/Lighthouse.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- The ability to transform complex processes into clear, concise documentation.
- Knowledge and interest in utilizing computer technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza Corp., are committed to providing a competitive compensation package. The base pay range for this position in Western Washington is $44,304 – $59,700, while in Eastern Washington it ranges from $40,560 - $58,800. The exact starting salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
