About This Role
Consertus is looking for an Engineer II, Documentation Engineer, or Resident Engineer for our Central Transportation group. This position provides support to the restoration inspection group, for a CDWM Capital Improvement Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of project information via retrieval and management (document control) of archived historical documentation necessary for project assessment and execution
- Assembly and management of completed project documentation for use by construction management and operations teams
- Data entry to assist with project status tracking in Microsoft® Excel and Primavera® Version 6 database
- Formal correspondence (electronic and non-electronic) with both internal and external entities
- General assistance to the CTR technical delivery teams by coordinating project files, preparing project progress reports, maintaining files, and any other related duty as assigned or requested
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering, is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including MSWord, Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork, coordination and collaboration skills
- Ability to respond proactively in a high-paced environment and willingness to adjust and respond effectively to changes
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload, problem-solve, and meet deadlines set by the program leadership team
Compensation Range
$80,000-$110,000 annually
