Essential Responsibilities
- Support Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process with review, CAD updates, and approval of designs, models and drawings
- Collaborate with other engineers, sales, and manufacturing to develop new products in CAD with associated documentation from concept and configuration to release
- Contribute to ongoing improvements to product design, documents, and standardization
- Contribute to reports, publications and documentation associated with design and models
Qualifications
- BSME preferred, minimum 5 years of professional drawing/design experience, or Associates w/ 8 years of experience
- SolidWorks, 2020 or newer, minimum 2 years of experience
- PDM experience preferred
- Strong analytical problemsolving, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- GD&T experience
- Industry/product or similar experience
- Design For Manufacturing (DFM) and experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in a quality-controlled environment and/or ISO exposure
