Responsibilities
- Coordinate documentation-focused tasks with business support, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Review and track documentation for logistics-related roles (e.g., Park 6 logistics) while maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Manage document workflows with deadline tracking, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Maintain documentation and reporting to support operational control in marketing initiatives.
- Reconcile quality control with source verification to prevent downstream rework and surface repeated errors.
